Now Hiring - Business Development Manager in Cumming, GA

Since 1991, it has been Industrial Repair Services’ mission to reduce downtime and cut maintenance cost for production lines nationwide. We are currently seeking for an individual to focus on developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have previous business development experience, minimum of a four-year degree, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good computer skills are a must, and previous experience in the industrial sector is a plus. This person must be willing and able to travel. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Developing new business pipelines
• Set up and manage alliances and relationships with various third-party companies
• Analyze and present potential growth opportunities to management
• Generate new contacts and sales leads for the company
• Acquire knowledge of the outside market and competitors of the company
• Leverage on various expertise within the company, including every intellectual property and existing technologies to expand the company’s products and services
• Identify sales leads and pitch offers to customers
• Maintain a good relationship with clients and new contacts
• Follow up of new and potential business opportunities
• Write specifications and proposals
• Organize training and workshop programs
